(40) "Wild White" 4/26/10
Saw these tiny soft white wild flowers growing along a wooded trail. I know garden flowers a lot better than wild flowers so no idea on what they are; I like their sheen :)

A great shrub in my area, the large Fothergilla, sometimes called Witch Alder. Love when they blossom - no petals, just clusters of white stamens. <br />
